Return

At Jumperfabriken, you have a 14-day return policy from the time you receive or collect your order.
We process all returns within 10 days from when the return arrives back at our warehouse. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, feel free to contact us at info@jumperfabriken.se



The product must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and hang tag attached. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, you as the customer may be liable for compensation, and we may refuse your return. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.




EXCHANGES

If you wish for a different color or size than what you ordered;
1. Return the initial order following the instructions below
2. Place a new order for the desired color/size instead.




RETURNS IN SWEDEN, DENMARK, AND FINLAND

In Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, we include a prepaid shipping label with each order. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.


  • Return cost Sweden: 69 SEK
  • Return cost Denmark: 69 DKK
  • Return cost Finland: 6.90 euro

  • How to make a return:
    1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the same paper bag as the delivery came in.
    2. Fill out the return form included in the package and place it inside.
    3. Attach the provided shipping label to the package.
    4. Drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point. Make sure to obtain a receipt for the drop-off.
    5. Once we have processed your return, you will receive confirmation from us via email.


    If you have chosen to pay with Klarna invoice, log in to Klarna and register your return to pause the Klarna invoice until we have processed your return.





    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    Returns from any country other than Sweden, Denmark, and Finland are at the customer's expense, and no return label is included in the shipment.


    How to make a return:
    1. Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the same paper bag as the delivery came in.
    2. Fill out the return form included in the package and place it inside.
    3. Arrange shipping with any preferred shipping company. Ensure to obtain a drop-off receipt.
    4. Once we have processed your return, you will receive confirmation from us via email.


    Be sure to send the return directly to our warehouse. We cannot pick up packages sent to collection points or any other address. We always recommend sending the return with tracked shipping. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.

    IN-STORE RETURNS

    You can return your item to our store at Skånegatan 80 in Stockholm. You cannot exchange items in the store; instead, you need to make a new purchase in-store when returning your item.




    Combining Returns

    Would you like to return items from different orders in one single return? You can combine multiple returns in one package as long as the items are returned according to our return policy. You must write all order numbers and items on ONE of the return forms. When we process your return, you will only pay for one return shipping.



    REFUND UPON RETURN

    You will be refunded using the same payment method as used for your purchase. We issue a refund once we have registered your return. You will not be refunded for the delivery cost upon return.

    For purchases via Klarna, your return will be refunded through Klarna Checkout. If you chose to pay by invoice via Klarna, pay attention to when your Klarna invoice is due.     IF YOU DON'T COLLECT YOUR PACKAGE

    If you do not collect your package on time, it will automatically be returned to us when the time has expired. We charge an administrative fee of 199 SEK / 19 EURO if a package is returned to us without a valid reason. The amount will be deducted from your refund when we register the return.
