GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT DELIVERY

We deliver to all countries within Europe, as well as Norway, England, and the USA.

Together with our shipping partners, we assume the transport risk, i.e., the risk of the item being damaged or lost during transportation from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the case of a return to us.

Upon receiving your item, it's important to immediately inspect the package. If the packaging and contents are damaged, please notify your agent or the carrier as well as us at info@jumperfabriken.se.

We reserve the right to any customs fees or other charges imposed on purchases delivered to countries outside of Sweden.

DELIVERY WITH POSTNORD

Within the EU, delivery is made with Postnord.
- Delivery time within Sweden is approximately 1-3 working days.
- Delivery time for shipments outside Sweden is approximately 7-10 working days.

If you have chosen delivery to a pick-up point, your package will be delivered to a Postnord pick-up point within your specified postal code area. When the package has arrived at the pick-up point, you will receive an SMS notification. The pick-up point stores the package for 7 days, after which it is automatically returned to us. We cannot influence the time the package is stored at the pick-up point. We charge an administrative fee of 199 SEK for unclaimed packages. On certain package services, you, as the recipient, can extend the final pick-up date to a total of 14 days free of charge. You can do this through Postnord's website or app.

If you have chosen home delivery, you will receive a link via email or SMS where you can choose the day and time that suits you for PostNord to deliver the package.

A tip is to download the Postnord app, where there is the possibility to track the package from when it is sent, when it is expected to arrive, and when it arrives.

DELIVERY WITH DHL

For orders shipped outside the EU, DHL is used as the supplier.

Your package will be delivered to a DHL pick-up point within your specified postal code area. When the package has arrived at the pick-up point, you will receive an SMS notification. The package remains at the pick-up point for 14 days, after which it is automatically returned to us. We cannot influence the time the package is stored at the pick-up point. We charge an administrative fee of 199 SEK for unclaimed packages.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Sweden for purchases over 1500 SEK and Denmark for purchases over 1500 DK when you choose to have your package delivered to a pick-up point. If you choose home delivery, it costs 79 SEK. For purchases under 1500 SEK, the shipping cost is 59 SEK, and home delivery is 118 SEK.

The cost of shipping outside Sweden varies by country, please see the cost in your shopping cart. The customer is responsible for any customs fees.

Shipping costs are not refunded in case of a return.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

The package remains at your pick-up point for 7-14 days. After that, it is automatically returned to us. We cannot influence the time the package is stored at the pick-up point. We charge an administrative fee of 199 SEK for unclaimed packages.
