Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to most countries within Europe, as well as to Norway, the USA, Greenland, and Iceland. At checkout, you can see exactly which countries we ship to. Shipping costs vary depending on country, delivery method, and order value. The applicable cost is shown in your shopping cart. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Together with our shipping partners, we assume the transport risk until the package has been delivered to you. For returns, you as the customer—together with the carrier—are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse.
When you receive your shipment, it is important that you inspect the package immediately. If the packaging or the item is damaged, report this directly to the carrier or pickup point, as well as to us at info@jumperfabriken.se.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or additional charges that may apply to deliveries outside Sweden, the EU, and Norway.
Delivery Within Sweden
We offer delivery with DHL and PostNord.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days.
During sales or peak periods, delivery may take an extra day. In most cases, your package will be delivered to your nearest pickup point. When the package arrives, you will receive an SMS notification.
The pickup point stores your package for 7 days before it is automatically returned to us. Unfortunately, we cannot influence this storage period.

Delivery Within the EU
We offer delivery with DHL. At checkout, you will see the delivery options available for your country.
Delivery time to Denmark and Finland: approx. 1–3 business days
Delivery time to other EU countries: approx. 4–6 business days
During sales or peak periods, delivery may take an extra day. In most cases, your package will be delivered to the nearest pickup point. You will receive an SMS notification when your package is ready for collection. The pickup point stores your package for 7 days before returning it to us.

Delivery Outside the EU
We offer delivery with UPS to several countries outside the EU, such as Norway, the USA, Iceland, and Greenland. Available delivery options are shown at checkout.
Delivery time outside the EU: approx. 4–6 business days
During sales or peak periods, delivery may take an extra day. Your package will typically be delivered to a UPS pickup point within your postal area. When it arrives, you will receive an SMS notification. The package remains at the pickup point for 7 days before it is automatically returned to us.
We cannot influence the pickup point’s storage period.
Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected within 7 days are automatically returned to us. We cannot affect the pickup point’s storage time.
An administrative fee will be charged for unclaimed packages:
