Garments made to last
Jumperfabriken was founded with a love of timeless design and well-made clothes. Rather than following every passing trend, we create collections with a distinctive expression that can live in your wardrobe for many seasons. Fit, quality and material are important parts of that process, as is designing pieces that are easy to wear again and again. Taking good care of your clothes also makes a difference. With the right care, a favourite garment can stay with you for a long time.

Materials
Natural fibres are an important part of our collections, and we work extensively with materials such as wool, merino wool, alpaca, cotton and linen. In some garments, these fibres are blended with materials such as polyamide or elastane. Different fibres provide different properties and can help improve durability, elasticity, shape retention and fit. Our aim is to choose materials based on the function, feel and character of each garment. When possible, we use materials and components certified according to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100.
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 is a certification for textiles tested for harmful substances.
Every component of a certified product — from yarn and fabric to buttons and other accessories — is tested against strict limit values for a wide range of substances that may be harmful to health.

Our Suppliers
We work with a small number of carefully selected suppliers and value long-term relationships. Our garments are currently produced in Sweden, Lithuania, Portugal, Italy, Latvia, Poland and China. Different suppliers have different areas of expertise, and where a garment is produced depends on its material, construction and production requirements.
We believe transparency is important, which is why you can find the country of origin and material composition on each product page.
Warehouse & transport
Once our garments are finished, they are sent to our warehouse in Borås, Sweden, where our online orders are packed and dispatched.
Production from Europe is transported by road, while the majority of our production from China is transported by sea. We aim to pack our garments efficiently and avoid unnecessary packaging wherever possible.
Returned online orders are sent back to our warehouse in Borås, where the garments are checked, repacked and returned to stock when they are in suitable condition.

Garment care
How a garment is cared for can have a significant impact on how long it lasts. We encourage you to air your clothes between wears, follow the care instructions and repair or adjust garments when needed rather than replacing them. Small changes in how we care for our clothes can help them remain favourites for longer.
Second Life
We want Jumperfabriken garments to keep being worn — even when their first owner is ready to let them go. For several years, we have organised our Second Life initiative, where customers can bring in pre-loved Jumperfabriken pieces and give them the chance to find a new home. It is a simple way to extend the life of garments that still have plenty left to give.
Pass it on
When you no longer wear a garment, there are many ways for it to continue its life. Pass it on to someone you know, sell it second hand or donate it to charity. If a textile can no longer be used, we encourage you to take it to an appropriate textile collection or recycling point. For us, the best garment is one that is worn, cared for and appreciated for as long as possible.
