Extended Return Policy

To ensure you can buy your Christmas gifts from us, we offer an extended return policy until January 7th for purchases made from November 29th until Christmas.

GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION


At Jumperfabriken, you have a 14-day return policy from the day you receive or pick up your order.
We process all returns within 10 days of the return arriving at our warehouse. If you have any questions about your shipment, feel free to contact us at info@jumperfabriken.se

The product should be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and hang tag attached. If products are returned in used or damaged condition, you as the customer may be liable for compensation, and we may reject your return. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.


EXCHANGES


If you wish for a different color or size than the one you ordered;
1. Return the first order following the instructions below
2. Place a new order for the color/size you want instead.


RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN, DENMARK, AND FINLAND


Within Sweden, Denmark, and Finland, we provide a prepaid return label with each order. The cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return cost Sweden: 69 SEK
Return cost Denmark: 69 DKK
Return cost Finland: 6.90 euros


How to make a return:
1. Pack the item(s) you want to return in the same paper bag as the delivery came in.
2. Fill out the return form included in the package and place it in the package.
3. Attach the provided shipping label to the package.
4. Drop off the package at your drop-off point. Make sure to get a receipt.
5. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If you chose to pay with Klarna invoice, log in to Klarna and mark the items you returned. Klarna will pause the invoice until we process your return.



INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns from any country other than Sweden, Denmark, and Finland are at the customer's expense, and a return label is not included.

How to make a return:
1. Pack the item(s) you want to return in the same paper bag as the delivery came in.
2. Fill out the return form included in the package and place it in the package.
3. Arrange shipping with any shipping company. Ensure you get a receipt.
4. Once we have processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Be sure to send the return directly to our warehouse. We cannot pick up packages sent to agents or any other address. We recommend always sending returns with traceable shipping. You are responsible for the item until we receive it.

IN-STORE RETURNS


You can leave your return at our store at Skånegatan 80 in Stockholm. You cannot exchange items in the store; in that case, make a new purchase in the store when submitting your return.


REFUND UPON RETURN

You will be refunded using the same payment method as your purchase. We issue a refund once we have processed your return. You will not be refunded for the delivery cost upon return.

For purchases through Klarna, your return will be refunded through Klarna Checkout. If you chose to pay via invoice through Klarna, be mindful of when your Klarna invoice is due. IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR PACKAGE

If you do not pick up your package on time, it will be automatically returned to us when the time expires. We charge an administrative fee of 199 SEK if a package is returned to us without a valid reason. The amount will be deducted from your refund when we register the return.
